The Pocono Mountains includes 261 miles of hiking trails, which offer terrain levels from easy to challenging. The region includes 27 miles of Appalachian Trail through the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.

Pedal through state and national parks, during any season in the Pocono Mountains. Take on the full 25-mile Lehigh Gorge Scenic Bike trail, or opt for a shorter 10 or 15 mile ride. The gentle downhill trail is popular among people with every fitness level.
