Reopening the Poconos
Last Updated: 5/13/21 at 3:12pm
A resource for tourism businesses in the Poconos outlining the process of reopening to the public.
Masks are mandatory in all public spaces in Pennsylvania. If you are fully vaccinated you can start doing many things that you had stopped doing because of the pandemic. Outdoor visits and activities are safer than indoor activities, and fully vaccinated people can participate in some indoor events safely, without much risk. If you haven’t been vaccinated yet, find a vaccine. Please continue to practice social distancing.
Your commitment has been an essential part of our region’s ability to stay open. And by upholding the Pocono Promise, the counties can remain open allowing our region to be the fun responsible destination it has always been.
Wayne, Pike, Monroe and Carbon Counties are in the Green Phase of Governor Wolf’s COVID response Plan for Pennsylvania.
