Freshly baked zucchini, cranberry, and pumpkin breads, gluten-free rolls, with a side of whipped honey butter.
Bisque of butternut squash.
Manhattan seafood chowder
Watermelon basket filled with fresh fruit.
Carrot and raisin salad.
Broccoli, bacon, and sunflower seed salad
Chilled antipasto salad
Garden salad bar with a choice of dressings
Baked salmon jardinière.
Braised beef with mushroom peppercorn cream with parslied egg noodles.
Baked manicotti with fresh tomato basil sauce.
Freshly whipped Yukon Gold potatoes.
Freshly roasted red potatoes with garlic and herbs.

Braised Brussels sprouts in a Vermont white cheddar cheese sauce and topped with crispy bacon and onion straws
