Summary: The Digital Marketing Managers primary responsibilities include: collaborating with a large and dynamic Marketing Team, and with key stakeholders to achieve resort strategies and revenue goals; creating and distribute digital strategies through all available channels that aligns with overall plan; managing and maintaining online content, including listings, website, APP, social media and partner site; creating and executing targeted email marketing campaigns and transactional emails through CRM tool working with CRM agency to optimize email marketing results, test strategies and compile reporting/analytics; managing database health – from capture and integration for email and SMS push – with sound analytics; partnering with Director of Marketing to continually seek improvement of property website to include best in class visuals, technical integrations, user experience and e-commerce optimization; consistently analyze website and email performance to achieve optimal results; stay up to date with latest technology and best practices; ddirectly manage all video and photo content for entire resort through Crowdriff photo tool; assists with professional photo shoots; researches and monitor market conditions and competitors; follows brand guidelines for cohesive online content and storytelling; supports Group Sales effort to provide email marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads; tracking of guest data across all touch points to customize the experience, drive revenue and improve loyalty and satisfaction; evolves customer segmentation; behavioral, demographic, predictive and motivational by leveraging guest data and insights.
