East Stroudsburg Community Alliance

Over 30 years ago, local leaders and business owners, many of them lifelong residents, formed an organization that would become the Eastburg Community Alliance or ECA.

The ECA works to reinvigorate downtown East Stroudsburg by planning exciting events, providing matching funds for downtown facade improvements, advocating, planning and fundraising for public infrastructure projects, encouraging volunteerism and marketing the downtown to students, workers and tourists alike. We organize the American Freedom Festival every year on July 4th, we have just launched a new downtown directory, and are working on a bike/ped connection between downtown and ESU. Please visit our web site for more information.
