Summary: Promotes the Pocono Mountains region and informs individuals visiting the region of the activities and amenities the Bureau’s members provide. Responsibilities include answers all incoming information calls; provides callers with information on availability, reservations and other tourism related requests; data entry inquiries; assists walk-in visitors with tourist related information; maintains/upkeeps brochures and clean, tidy, and organized center; assists the public in emergency situations; maintains accurate statistics and reference material; monitor the cleanliness of the Kiosks and bathrooms; perform other duties as assigned; ensure cleanliness outside/around building.
