Lehigh Gorge State Park - Hunting
The spectacular gorge that lends its name to this state park slices through the Pocono Plateau for nearly 20 miles, creating a dramatic landscape of steep, hemlock and rhododendron-covered slopes, rocky escarpments, and side streams that surge into waterfalls. Common game species are deer, turkey, bear and small game. Most of the park is open to hunting, trapping and the training of dogs during established seasons. For safety reasons, the Glen Onoko Falls Trail is closed to hikers as of May 1, 2019.
