Summary: Lifeguards spend their days in the sun at ISTC! From jet skis and banana boats, to inflatables and swimming, lifeguards are the key figures in keeping things fun and safe at the Waterfront.

The Lake View Center is the newest addition to our facility. This lakeside multi-purpose facility offers a large indoor dining room, and expansive deck overlooking beautiful Trout Lake and a variety of meeting rooms on the lower level.
The seating and layout in each meeting room can be configured to accommodate everything from cocktail hours to sit down meetings or training sessions. With fully integrated a/v systems, beverage and dining packages, and a variety of outdoor activities, Trout Lake is the ideal location for your next meeting.
Trout Lake also offers an abundance of outdoor opportunities for your group to enjoy everyone's company between or after meeting sessions. Have your group unwind and relax in our pristine settings and partake in various outdoor activities while enjoying our beautiful facility and surroundings.
Add activities such as the low ropes course and climbing tower to aid in team building and leadership. Our highly experienced facilitator offers guided instructions and group debriefings to ensure your group gets the most out of your chosen activities. In addition to our amazing on-site activities Trout Lake is perfectly situated near world-class golfing, shopping and skiing and offers the best of the beautiful Pocono Mountain region year-round.
Work with our chef to provide the perfect recognition or celebration meal overlooking beautiful Trout Lake and provide your group with the perfect ending to their outing.
