Position: Slingshot Rental Agent
Job Type: Full-Time

Summary: Pocono Slingshots is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with drive to see the company succeed. You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. You have a flexible schedule, weekends required. You possess excellent customer service skills. You are versatile and driven to work in all areas of their business, including but not limited to Slingshot Rental Customer Service/Reservations/Vehicle Cleaning/Social Media. Duties and responsibilities include: handling check in and check out processes for Polaris Slingshot Rentals, including but not limited to: greeting customers; completing customer registration processes; Polaris Slingshot vehicle walk around orientation; vehicle damage inspection and rental return processes; provide excellent customer service and assure all customers have the best possible experience; assist in handling reservations and customer service inquiries by phone and email; cleaning, waxing and detailing Polaris Slingshot vehicles; assisting the Marketing Director in Social Media posts. Interested candidates please send resume and interview availability.
