Hey, Yo! it's Jim Hamill with Pocono Television Network here at Serenité atop Camelback Mountain and I've got Amanda Gavilanis with us here she's the Director of Operations for Serenité.

We're going to go on a little tour here of these fantastic properties Amanda thanks for taking us on the tour.

You have all the space in the world you can cook with your family eat some breakfast at the island yeah we got the living room right off the kitchen.

[JIM]

and you've got everything here for people when they show up

[AMANDA]

on Sunday you want to cook we have plates we have coffee, a Keurig.

[TODD]
The views on camera are beautiful, but it's different when you're seeing the mountains in real life. You get that natural sense of piece. That's the genesis of name Serenité, just a peaceful place where you can get away, not worry about the daily life stuff.

[JIM]

The view is one of the killer things about Serenité where you guys are positioned you can look right

over on the slopes at Camelback wow you can really see really far

[AMANDA]

right yep Delaware Water Gap cannot miss it

[TODD]
We have great accommodations, right on top of the north ridge. There's something to do 365 days of the year in the Pocono Mountains.

[JIM]

How many bedrooms?

[AMANDA]

Five bedrooms six beds, a downstairs basement which also has a wet bar so you can host NFL type things board game nights all that kind of stuff or if you just want to throw the teenagers down there it's a great spot as well perfect place to make drinks definitely over here.

[TODD]  
It’s a private residence club, we can tailor a membership to any family's needs. So we have a good early retiree market, that spend more time midweek. Points on associated nights are less. If you have a large family with 5 kids and you need to stay in a five bedroom with a rooftop deck.. we have something that works for everybody.

[AMANDA]

so on this floor there's three bedrooms

one of them has two queens so this is a room with two queens you get your teenage they could stay in here and it's beautiful and it's very spacious for a double room.

[TODD]
Our mission statement is where families gather and traditions are born, we want people to come back.. get used to certain activities.

[AMANDA]

This is one that kind of gives you just the relaxing feel of the mountain so imagine being here in the winter and you get to sit and read a book and you have the view of the ski mountain at night I'm sure you want to see the rooftop deck first before we go that's our number one that's probably like our biggest.

[JIM]

To the roof it is then to the pool.

[AMANDA]

With the rooftop deck Todd Cannon chose to make sure that we had a view that no one's ever seen.

[JIM]

So it's mid-summer right now and it is green for as far as the eye can see and the blue skies but eventually the Poconos has award-winning fall foliage.

[AMANDA]

Yes that's our favorite.

[JIM]

This is going to be an amazing view all the way from September through November.

Amanda thanks for giving us a tour of the residences how many residences on property?

[AMANDA]

22 currently.

This right here is the pool at Serenité an amazing facility brand new for this season and you can see people are already enjoying it there's several different sections here and great places to Lounge just making this private Residence Club all the more interesting and enticing.

The pool will be four seasons, right before memorial weekend. First amenity that's come on line.

[JIM]
The Serenité pool is 4,000 sq. ft luxury outdoor pool with detached lap lanes heated all four seasons plus an oversized hot tub, granite fire table, and swim deck social area and soon the clubhouse!

[TODD]
The clubhouse works into the pool into the great lawn.. if you drop a pinpoint, this will be where people come.
It'll be a transitional space from lawn to pool area.. lawn area size of football field, movie nights under the stars, activities for kids to run around a little bit.
