Host Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in date. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in date, full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 7 days before check-in date. After 24 hours of booking, 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in date. No refund after that.Cleaning fees and pet fees are refundable at the discretion of Host for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in date.Community registration fees are subject to the terms of the governing community. Host is not responsible for refunding of these fees.Damage waiver fees are refundable for cancellations that occur before check-in date.
