Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau Community Impact Grant

Deadline to apply is May 15, 2026!

Grant dollars will help fund a variety of projects supporting safer, more organized and visually vibrant neighborhoods.

Grant funds may be for projects that support:

Streetscapes: Curb/Street/Parking - Line Painting, Sidewalk Repairs
Beautification: Tree/Shrub Trimming, Trash Clean-up, Trash Receptacles, Trail/Park Maintenance

Proposals are due on May 15, 2026, for projects to be completed by December 1, 2026. Grant funds will not carry over to the new year – 2027.

Grant cap request: $10,000.00.
Funds are limited.
At least a 50% match is required.
Each project will be considered competitively based on criteria established by the PMVB and reflected in these guidelines.
Proposals will be approved based on the availability of funds.
Funds will be disbursed on a reimbursement basis when proof of expenditure and completion of the project has been provided to the PMVB no later than December 1, 2026.
Recipients may be asked to submit before and after photos of projects.

Requests will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified after May 29, 2026.
