From an arcade and seasonal events to unique shopping and a petting farm, Country Junction in Lehighton is a family-friendly destination throughout all four seasons.

“Country Junction is the best place for family fun. We have a little bit of everything. Our shopping is an experience. We’re not your typical store where you’re walking aisles looking for one specific thing. You never know what you’ll see because we’re constantly changing it out,” said Diane Sander, owner.

Country Junction’s theme is based on The Wizard of Oz, with a yellow brick road and animatronic characters throughout the store. Browse a variety of eclectic shopping sections including housewares, country jarred foods, a bakery, winery, and pets for sale. In the arcade, try out the new bumper cars that flip upside down and spin side to side!

Take the fun outside with seasonal events such as The Great Pocono Pumpkin Festival in October, and carnival rides on summer weekends.

“We hit every seasonal imaginable. I see lots of people who came here as kids and now bring their grandkids. Everyone can shop online now, but not everybody can see what we have here in-store,” Diane smiled.

Country Junction is open seven days a week, year-round.

“Our roots run very deep. My father started the store back in 1984 as an installed insulation company. As customers kept asking for more and more, he kept bringing it in until we got to be the world’s largest general store. As long as I keep seeing smiles, that’s the biggest reward for me as being the next generation owner,” Diane added.
