What is the difference between Kalahari and Camelback?

Located in Pocono Manor about 20 minutes away from Camelback Resort, Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is an African-themed indoor waterpark resort and convention center. While Camelback and Kalahari feature some similar amenities (indoor waterparks, adventure centers, onsite restaurants), the two different resorts are separate entities, each with distinct offerings. Kalahari is a larger property with over 900 guest rooms, a 200,000 square foot conference center, a spa, and more. Camelback Resort has over 400 rooms, a 20,000 square foot conference center, and a wider variety of onsite activities including Camelback Mountain Ski Area in the winter, Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark in the summer, and zip lining and UTVing at Camelback Mountain Adventures.

Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark

Open year-round, Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is an oasis of fun for everyone! Enjoy 13 rides and slides, brave the splash zone, or float down the lazy river. Take a break to browse the poolside shops and restaurants or reserve your very own cabana or VIP seating. Admission to Aquatopia is included with an overnight stay at Camelback, but day tickets and twilight tickets are also available.

Indoor Adventure Center and Arcade

Camelback's Indoor Adventure Center features a mega acrade, VR arena experience, escape rooms, laser tag, bumper cars, and bowling. Activities are open to resort guests and day guests, and each costs a different fee. Pick-n-play adventure pass bundles are available if you want to try more than one!

Overnight accommodations at Camelback Resort range from deluxe guest rooms to junior suites to multi-level family condos that can sleep up to 14 guests. Admission to Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is included with all overnight stays, and you'll be steps away from all of Camelback's fantastic restaurants and attractions. Admission to the ski area, indoor adventure activities, Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark, and Camelback Mountain Adventures activities are available for an additional fee and are not included in your room rate, but overnight guests do have access to exclusive discounts.
