Magnolia Streamside Resort & Quantum Wellness Center

Come along with Deanna as she visits Magnolia Streamside Resort and Magnolia Quantum Wellness Center.

Surrounded by the quiet embrace of nature, Magnolia Streamside Resort offers more than just a weekend escape—it provides something rare and restorative in today’s busy world: true stillness, intentionally crafted by two sisters with a shared dream. Inna Vityuk and Oksana Vizuete left behind colorful, fast-paced lives in New York City, driven by a feeling that something essential was missing. “We were yearning to create something of our own,” Inna explained. “We both are very passionate about people, about healing, about welcoming and hosting people.” Their vision found its home in the Pocono Mountains, a place that reminded them of the forests, rivers, and freedom of their childhood in Ukraine. “We always found that nature balanced us,” said Inna, “so the desire was to create a place where others could find that kind of refuge as well.” Living on-site with their families has deeply shaped how they connect with guests, creating a warmth that’s felt in every part of the resort. “It’s not about people just kind of renting space, coming and leaving,” Inna said. “It’s our home, so we treat it like our home. And I think that adds a little bit extra to the guests’ experience.” For the sisters, wellness isn’t just a trend, it’s a way of life. “Really, it’s just finding your peace within yourself,” Oksana shared. “We always tell people, they come here to disconnect, to connect again.”

That philosophy is woven into every experience Magnolia offers, from fishing in the pond and hiking through wooded trails, to relaxing in streamside hammocks or taking a cold plunge in the water. “People from the city especially love connecting with the chickens,” Oksana laughed, listing off the amenities. “We have a pool, a fishing pond, a hiking trail, and of course, meditation stops along the way where you can pause and reconnect with yourself.”

What began in 2017 with 3.5 acres, six cottages, and three suites has now grown into 118 acres of forested sanctuary and along with that dream, a few years later they also opened the now newly renovated Magnolia Quantum Wellness Center just a short drive away.

“This was supposed to be just a boutique hotel and wellness center,” Inna said. “But after opening, we saw the magnitude of the need for healing in our community.” That realization led to a major expansion, including a state-of-the-art med spa and 6,000-square-foot wellness center offering services like hyperbaric oxygen chamber, red-light therapy, med bed, bio charger, float therapy, cryotherapy, an energy enhancement system designed to stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities, plus so many more. “We were using these services ourselves and traveling all the way to New York or Philly,” said Inna. “So we thought, why not bring them here?”

The resort and wellness center now work in harmony, attracting both overnight guests and local visitors seeking rest, balance, and a deeper connection with their well-being. For Inna and Oksana, every piece of the journey has been about aligning their lives with their values, and inviting others to do the same. “The power that made the body heals the body,” Oksana said, summing it up in a single sentence that captures the heart of Magnolia. In a world that never stops, Magnolia Streamside Resort and its sister property, Magnolia Quantum Wellness Center offer space to pause, reconnect, and truly heal.
