Despite the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19, the Poconos’ hospitality industry continues to offer the warm, personalized and safe service for which it is internationally known. In fact, the following four resorts are repeat recipients of the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award:

The Lodge at Woodloch
“We are honored and humbled to be recognized for our service, amenities and facilities at such a high level for over a decade. We attribute our success to the commitment of each and every one of our team members and continue to celebrate their accomplishments even more today.”
- Robert Baldassari, General Manager

French Manor Inn and Spa
“It is an honor to have received the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award for our 18th consecutive year for both our restaurant and lodging. We could not have accomplished this without our dedicated and hard-working staff, and loyal repeat guests who have been and will always be our biggest fans.”
- Bridget Logan Weber, Director of Sales and Marketing

Skytop Lodge
“Despite a global pandemic, our team has continued to rise to the challenge by providing peace-of-mind, hope and inspiration to guests who had to press pause on their travel plans. It is this kind of steadfast commitment and dedication to guest safety and satisfaction that has recently earned Skytop Lodge the esteemed AAA Four Diamond designation for the fourth consecutive year.”
- Jeff Rudder, General Manager

Mount Airy Casino Resort
“Mount Airy Casino Resort is the first casino in Pennsylvania to earn the AAA Four Diamond Award and is a 10-time recipient. Our commitment to providing a top-rate experience from the moment our guests arrive is reinforced with this prestigious honor and it is a testament to the monumental effort from our dedicated staff and management team.”
- Glenn Cademartori, VP of Marketing

Hotels and restaurants must pass a rigorous inspection process to become AAA Diamond properties. Inspectors show up unscheduled to encounter the same experience as guests and follow consistent grading guidelines. The trusted program helps AAA members and travelers determine which properties meet high standards in service, accommodations, dining and amenities.
