Submit an Event

Members of the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau and community partners are welcome to submit events to be included on our online events calendar.

Events must be open to the public and take place in the Pocono Mountains region of Carbon, Monroe, Pike and Wayne counties to be included. If you are a member of the bureau, please log into the PMVB Extranet to submit a new event or update a previous event with current information. Click Collateral ~ Calendar of Events.

If you are interested in submitting a community calendar event and are not a member of the bureau, click here to review our community calendar policy and use the form below to submit your event.

NOTE: After you submit an event, your submission will go through an approval process before it appears in the events calendar. It will not be automatically added to the calendar. Submissions are reviewed to ensure that they meet the PMVB guidelines and contain all necessary information. You will be notified by email when your event has been approved or denied.
