Located just off Route 115 near Blakeslee, the Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area is a 130-acre preserve frequently visited for hiking, fishing, waterfall viewing and picnicking. In addition to its wide, flat waterfalls, the natural area features three blazed hiking trails: the orange-blazed Pine Trail is an easy half-mile path; the blue-blazed Highland Trail loops about a mile through hardwood and pine forests, and the red-blazed Creek Trail follows the creek out and back for a little over two miles.
