The forests of the park consist primarily of beech, oak, maple and hemlock trees. Two lakes and several small streams add to the park’s outstanding beauty. There are approximately 50 miles of trails throughout Promised Land State Park and the surrounding natural areas. Campground and cabins located on site. The Masker Museum is one of the state's largest CCC exhibits featuring interactive stories, displays and artifacts.
