It's a culinary extravaganza unlike anything you've experienced before! Come hungry and prepare to eat and drink your way around Kalahari's convention center during this third annual signature festival on Saturday, April 26. You'll find fresh flavors, delicious drinks, food demos, a silent auction, raffles, and live entertainment around every corner. Your $99 ticket includes all that plus tastings from dozens of local and national purveyors of wine, spirits, and brews as well as over 30 dishes and drinks from Kalahari's restaurants. This year's theme is Stars, Stripes & Spurs so pull out your best cowboy and cowgirl hat and boots and get ready to chow down!

B-LUX Grill & Bar

If you can never turn down a good burger, you have to try the mouth-watering, mile-high smash burgers and sandwiches at B-LUX. Try unique toppings like candied jalapenos and beer battered cheese curds, and be sure to save room for one of the towering milkshakes for dessert.

Did someone say guacamole? Classic Mexican favorites are made from scratch at this colorful eatery located right in the lobby, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Giorgio and Giacomo Sortino opened the original Sortino's Little Italy in Sandusky, Ohio over 60 years ago, and their Sicilian dishes have been delighting guests in the Poconos for just under a decade.
