Brunch Goals in Milford

No Instagram photo shoot is complete without brunch! Pull up a seat at Bar Louis on the porch of the Hotel Fauchère and watch small town life go by in historic Milford.

Dramatic Waterfalls

Waterfalls are must-visit and must-capture sights in the Poconos. Hawk Falls in Hickory State Park is reached by a short and somewhat challenging trail that's well worth the effort, but you'll discover waterfalls dotted along trails of varying difficulty all over our area. Use slow-mo video mode or a slow shutter speed on your camera for a dramatic shot.

Tranquil Mountaintop Vistas

Witnessing a Poconos sunrise or sunset from the summit of one of our mountains is an experience you won't forget - and one you'll want to photograph! Many of the region's trails lead to incredible, panoramic views, such as Tanks Hollow Overlook pictured above, located near Lehigh Gorge State Park.

Lakeside Sunrise

From the summit to the shore, 150 lakes in the Poconos offer plentiful opportunities to snap the sun rising or setting over the water. Guests staying on the 325 acres at Mountain Springs Lake Resort in Reeders, PA, where the above photo was taken, can hop out of bed and stroll outside to watch first light appear over the lake.

Riverside Splendor

When you're out paddling on our 170 river miles, you want to stay focused and practice good water safety; but once you're back on shore, the foliage, hills and water are an ideal frame for an Instagram shot. Explore the Delaware River with Lander's River Trips, then snap a photo with your colorful kayak and oar before you pack up.

Lake Wallenpaupack Porch Perfection

With a porch like this, who wouldn't be taking photos? Silver Birches Resort, located on the shores of Lake Wallenpaupack, offers a lake escape for everyone, with waterview accommodations including suites, cottages, family units, rooms and new vacation homes.

Farmhouse Sunset

A rustic, romantic retreat, the Inn at Tyler Hill features country-chic guest rooms and exceptional service, as well as stunning surroundings and sunsets that linger in the sky. Snap a quick picture, then put your phone away and just soak in the evening colors.

The Legendary Heart-Shaped Tub

The legendary heart-shaped tubs at Cove Haven Resorts became famous long before the advent of Instagram, but they still make for eye-popping, scroll-stopping photos. Plan a visit with your sweetheart to one of three couples-only, all-inclusive properties to experience the love!

Local Food Art

Made with locally-sourced ingredients, the dishes at Native in Honesdale are as tasty as they are tastefully-presented. See if you can hold off on your first bite long enough to take a pic!

Photogenic Dishes

Foodie photo fanatics should schedule a stop at The Gorge Eatery in Lehighton. You're sure to find excellent lighting in this bright and airy space, and the food is so beautiful it needs to be photographed before you dig in!

Drinks to Earn that Double Tap
